Bowl-a-rama

So who knew they made bowling shoes for 2 year olds? When we've bowled before he has enjoyed it, but now that Micah gets his own orange shoes he is hooked! He was a little concerned that Caleb didn't have orange shoes too. He was quite proud of his ball and tried to carry it everywhere. With the aid of the bumper rails he was well on his way to topping 60 with two spares!! We were two proud parents!!

The Big Freeze

So I jotted down for a quick weekend in Houston with the boys while Stephen was on a trip with our church's youth and ended up staying 6 days. ovely I-45 was either frozen or recently frozen for the last 4 days of my trip. Micah loved the extra time with his grandparents (his grandpa took him to a feed store and the tractor supply to check out ATV equipment., how cool) and was very impressed with the ice and the toasting of marshmallows in the fireplace. Unfortunately Stephen was very lonely he kept mentioning how quiet our home was without the rest of his family. (He also ate a lot of frozen food) Thankfully there was still snow here in Dallas when the boys and I got back so we could still have fun with the soft cold stuff.

Christmas

So this is Christmas!! Santa brought the requested donuts to Micah on Christmas morning and the tooth fairy brought Caleb his first tooth!!(It was his 8 month birthday too) It wasn't there for Polish Christmas eve and there the next morning with it's partner peeking through a few days later.
We spent the week with Joscelyn's family in Houston and Micah and Caleb loved riding hobby horses all over Pa's house and looking up,up,up at their Uncles.
And you get a true glimpse of the Prukops with the reading photo, I promise it was not staged. We're glad to be back in Dallas with more family to visit and share Christmas joy!!
